Brief & Budget
At the start of every project, it is important that we work together to create a brief that suits all of your requirements and your budget.
Design & Documentation
Once your brief is locked in, we will move into the sketch design phase. This focuses on the planning and 3d form of the house. After this stage, the plans will get priced to ensure that the budget is aligning with the scope of works.
Design Documentation – Once we determine that the price is on budget, we move into documenting the project. This is where we engage the additional consultants that are required to obtain building approval, including the town planner, structural engineer, certifier and any others. In this stage we focus more on the details of the project and look at each space in depth.
Contract Documentation – The final stage of documentation goes into further details and construction detailing. This is required to receive an accurate price at Tender.
Construction
At Clo Architecture we like to see the whole project through from inception to completion. We can be involved during the construction phase of the project. This includes attending site meetings with the builder, checking the quality, compliance with the building intent and to discuss details with the builder with the intention of helping them to produce a high quality project.
